How to Deposit Using a Credit/Debit Card

Adding funds via a card is instant and easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Open the App: Tap on your balance display in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
2. Select Deposit: Tap on the "Deposit funds" option.
3. Add Payment Method: Select "Add Credit/Debit Card."
4. Enter Details: Fill in the required fields with your card information.
5. Confirm: Enter the amount you wish to deposit and tap Deposit.

How to Deposit Using PayID

Prefer to transfer directly from your bank? Here is how to use PayID:

1. Open the App: Tap your balance in the top right-hand corner.
2. Select Deposit: Tap on the "Deposit funds" option.
3. Choose PayID: Select the PayID option from the list.
4. Copy Details: Copy the unique PayID email address provided.
5. Transfer: Log in to your personal internet banking app and send a PayID transfer to the address you just copied.

Important Things to Keep in Mind

1. App-Only Deposits. For your security and transparency, all deposits must be actioned by you directly within the Dabble App. Customer Service team cannot accept deposits or add card details over the phone. Check the Dabble code for registering new members.

2. Updating Your Card. The system captures your bank account details when you make a deposit. If your card has expired, has a new CVN, or you simply want to switch to a new card, you cannot remove the old one manually. Please contact the Customer Support team, and they will help you update your details.

3. No Gift Cards. Please note that Dabble does not accept gift cards as a funding method.

Please Note: the bank account must be in the name of the account holder and withdrawals can only be processed if using the same account you deposited with. Deposits can not be made over the phone - only via the app.
