How to use the Bet365 Bet Builder - Guide for all sports including football

What is the Bet Builder?

Build your custom bet by combining any of the twelve listed markets for each sport. These options can be applied to any competition as long as they are featured in the match. However, the availability of these options for each match will only be revealed once you've selected it and started building your bet. Choose as few or as many options as you like, and watch as the odds adjust automatically.

How Do You Use the Bet Builder?

Create a bet from a chosen fixture by selecting "Add Selection" and then selecting a market and the options within that market. Repeat this up to 12 times, and the odds will update automatically as options are added. Bet Builder bets can be used with the Cash Out feature, but only pre-match.

Getting Started

Step One: Log in to, or create your Bet365 account, remembering to use the Bonus Code.

Step Two: Click on "View Latest Odds"

Step Three: This is where you can start building your bet by selecting which match you want to bet on.

You can explore Upcoming Matches or scroll down to pick a specific match from any competition and country that’s going to be played in the near future.

In this instance, we selected the "Soccer - European U21 Championship" and the Czech Republic U21 vs England U21 match.

You’ll see that some popular bets and odds are listed already, but for the purpose of this bet, click on "Bet Builder".

Step Four: You’re now given the option to start adding the markets you want to include in your bet.

A full list of the available markets becomes available, and as highlighted above, you can click on each heading to see what the options within them are.

To select which ones you want to add to your bet, just click on the odds.

NB: When picking a market that involves selecting a specific player, each player chosen will be considered an individual market.

For example, if you were to pick six Chelsea players under the Anytime Goalscorer category (if available), you’ll be left with markets to bet with. You could use them to select up to six players from Man City within a different market or six other completely different markets.

Twelve is the maximum selection, but the choice is yours as to how many you want to include in your bet.

In this case, we selected four markets.

Each one of these bets carried its own odds as individual outcomes. However, when combined with the other options selected, the bet we built is based on the overall odds of 190/1 - something the system will calculate for you.

Removing Markets

If you change your mind you can untick your selection, or click the “Clear All” button. However, this will clear all the markets from your slip, so you’ll have to build your bet again.

Step Five: Happy with your selection? Yes? Then it’s time to "Add to Bet Slip", so click on that box, input the amount you want to bet and click "Place Bet".

Remember: You’ve built a unique bet based on five different outcomes, and it will only be a winning bet if all five outcomes happen.

Bet Builder+

Bet365 also offers a Bet Builder+ which allows you to combine Bet Builders across multiple events into one bet. The procedure for creating a Bet Builder+ is the same as shown above, with the exception that you will select the Bet Builder+ link from the sport page and see a list of events, rather than a single event, in step three. You will then be able to combine markets from multiple events to create your bet under the Bet Builder+ tab.

Your Winnings

Use the bet calculator to work out what your winnings will be.

• If your bet was 45/1, and you bet £5, you’ll win £225 (£5 x 45) and be returned the £5 you bet. This gives you an overall payout of £230, with a £225 profit.
• For a £10 bet, you’ll win £450 (£10 x 45) and be returned the £10 you bet. This gives you an overall payout of £500, with a £450 profit.

And so on.

Example Bet Builder Selection

• You can Build Your Bet in any soccer match. For example, for a Manchester United v Chelsea Premier League game, you may select Manchester United to Win in the Match Result market, Full-Time Score to be 2-1, Most Goals to be scored in the 2nd Half and Man Utd to score in both halves in the Team Special market.
• These 4 market selections could return odds of 25/1.
• The potential return for a £10 stake is £260.

Bet Builder Terms

Bet Builder lets you create your own personalised bet with bet365. You can select from the most popular markets and once you have added them to your bet, you can calculate your odds. For example, you can choose First Goalscorer, Both Teams to Score and number of corners on any Soccer match to create one single bet with the price for the combined selections. Make up to 12 selections to create your unique bet. Bet Builder is available on all Soccer, Australian Rules, Tennis, and Basketball matches, excluding Big 3 or 3x3 matches. Bet Builder bets are considered to be those that have been placed through the Bet Builder feature and could not have been placed as a standard bet type due to being interrelated.
