Sky Super 6 Predictions: 29th & 30th August 2026

Bournemouth 1-1 Everton

The Cherries welcome Everton for their first home fixture of the season, drawing quiet confidence from a spirited, albeit narrow, defeat at Manchester City on the opening day.

Bournemouth showed plenty of attacking promise at the Etihad, which bodes well for Marco Rose’s men, but this shapes up to be a notoriously stubborn test.

Everton arrive full of momentum following a 2-0 league victory over Crystal Palace and a comprehensive 4-0 Carabao Cup win against Preston. David Moyes has the Toffees exceptionally well-drilled, and a hard-fought draw feels like the most likely outcome on the south coast.

Tottenham 3-2 Newcastle

Spurs return to North London buzzing from the recent arrivals of former Manchester City duo Savinho and Omar Marmoush.

Despite suffering a heavy opening-day defeat to Brentford, a five-goal win in midweek in the Carabao Cup suggests Tottenham are ready to put on a show for their home support.

Newcastle also carry momentum after a battling 2-2 draw against Liverpool, with new focal point Yoane Wissa looking particularly dangerous. Expect an open, end-to-end shootout, with Spurs’ revitalised attacking unit just edging out the Magpies in a highly entertaining contest.

Chelsea 3-1 Brighton

Stamford Bridge plays host to two sides brimming with confidence after flying out of the gates last weekend. Brighton laid down a massive marker by dismantling Aston Villa 4-0, showcasing lethal attacking intent.

Meanwhile, Chelsea edged a 3-2 thriller against Fulham, where Xabi Alonso’s new-look attacking trident of Cole Palmer, Morgan Rogers, and Joao Pedro looked absolutely sensational.

The Blues are shaping up to be an offensive juggernaut this season, and their sheer firepower should eventually overwhelm the Seagulls on Sunday.

Leeds 2-2 Brentford

Optimism will be high at Elland Road on Sunday afternoon as two opening-weekend winners go head-to-head. Leeds looked defensively solid in their 1-0 away win at Nottingham Forest, though they rode their luck at times.

Brentford, meanwhile, were relentless in their demolition of Tottenham and look just as frightening on the counter-attack as ever.

With both sides possessing genuine game-changers in the final third, goals feel like an absolute certainty. We are backing a highly entertaining, high-scoring stalemate in Yorkshire.

Sunderland 2-1 Fulham

Sunderland host Fulham on Sunday, and both of these sides are looking to for their first win after suffering defeats on the opening weekend.

The Black Cats are strong at home, and the likes of Brian Brobbey will be licking his lips at the chance to go up against a Fulham defence that looked particularly leaky against Chelsea last week.

We're backing Sunderland to get the three points, in what should be another entertaining Premier League match.

Manchester United 3-1 Ipswich

The final fixture of the weekend sees a wounded Manchester United desperate for a response under the lights at Old Trafford. Reeling from a shock 2-0 defeat to newly promoted Hull, the Red Devils face another top-flight newcomer in Ipswich Town.

The Tractor Boys arrive with momentum following a 2-1 win over Sunderland, but the sheer scale of the challenge at the Theatre of Dreams should prove a step too far.

Expect United's premium creators like Bruno Fernandes and Matheus Cunha to finally click into gear and comfortably dispatch an Ipswich side still adjusting to the brutal realities of Premier League football.

Sky Super 6 Rules

Regarding how the Sky Super 6 works, the premise is simple: predict the correct scores in six selected matches and walk away with £1,000,000. This one is easy to play, but incredibly difficult to master.

To make mastering the game a little more difficult, there are no prizes for simply predicting the correct outcome. For example, if Bournemouth play Everton and you predict a 1-1 draw, that is the score required to tick off your first winner.

Should the two top-tier rivals play out a 2-2 draw instead, you may have backed the correct outcome, but that is no good in this free football jackpot game.

Sky Super 6 FAQs

Super 6 is a prediction game where you go head-to-head against one of our pundits each round. You'll be entered into a prize draw if you beat their score. You can also compete for other prizes by predicting the correct scores for six football fixtures.

Predictions must be submitted before the first fixture of a given round kicks off. You can make unlimited changes until the first fixture starts.

The prizes are:

  • Super 6 Jackpot: Predict all six correct scores to win the Jackpot.
  • Top Scorer: Win a guaranteed cash prize each round for topping the leaderboard.
  • Head to Head: Beat the pundit for a chance to win £1,000 in a prize draw.
  • The 100 Club: Predict a score that fewer than 100 players correctly guess and join the exclusive 100 Club, earning special prizes.
  • Season Leaderboard: Finish top at the end of the season and win £10,000 cash.
  • Official Club Leagues: Top your official club league to win your club's shirt and potentially win tickets to the play-off final if your team qualifies.

If a fixture is postponed, abandoned, or incomplete (less than 90 minutes played), it will be considered void.

If fewer than six fixtures are completed, the jackpot will be reduced accordingly. If only three or fewer fixtures are completed, the Jackpot Competition for that round will be void.

Points are awarded as follows:

  • Correct result: 2 points
  • Correct score: 5 points

Only one entry per round is allowed per person. If multiple accounts are detected under the same person, all such accounts will be closed, and entries will be disqualified.

The Golden Goal predicts when the first goal will be scored across the 6 fixtures. If players have the same number of points, it acts as a tiebreaker. The prediction closest to the actual time will be ranked higher.

Yes, the same tiebreakers apply over monthly and season rankings, including multiple rounds. Your Golden Goal predictions from all rounds within the period are collated, with the lowest Golden Goal score ranked higher.

Tiebreakers are determined by:

  1. Who predicted the most correct scores?]
  2. If scores are still tied, the Golden Goal prediction is used, with the closest prediction ranked higher.

Visit the leaderboard and use the filters to see your round, month, or season standings. You can also join or create leagues with friends. Log in and go to the My Account tab to manage your account details.

In this case, the player with the closest Golden Goal prediction across the rounds will rank higher.

Yes, you can make unlimited changes until the first fixture of the round kicks off. After that, your predictions are locked in.
