BetVictor Deposit Methods - Payment Methods for 2023

When you create your BetVictor account, you'll see that there are three deposit methods, Debit Card, PayPal and Trustly, and you can select any of them to make your initial deposit.

As with all bookmakers, BetVictor must abide by the closed-loop policy. It's an anti-fraud measure that requires you to withdraw funds via the same method used to deposit them. Debit Card Deposits

Deposit a minimum of £5 and a maximum of £30,000 instantly into your BetVictor account.

BetVictor accepts Visa and MasterCard Debit Card deposits. However, it's worth noting that BetVictor does state that some card issuers cannot accept withdrawals from BetVictor due to banking regulations.

If you find yourself in a position where you cannot withdraw via the card used to deposit funds, you can contact BetVictor to request an alternative method. It's worth noting that there could be a charge for this. At this time, there's no list provided to say which issuers may be an issue.

PayPal Deposits

Deposit a minimum of £5 and a maximum of £5,500 instantly from your PayPal account. Sign the PayPal billing agreement for one-tap deposits.

Applying for one is straightforward if you've not already got a PayPal account, but approval can take 24 hours. If you already have PayPal, you're using one of the most popular e-wallets available. However, BetVictor only allows PayPal deposits if you're a resident in the UK, Jersey Gibraltar, Ireland, or the Isle of Man.

With a maximum deposit limit of £5,500, PayPal offers the lowest deposit value. However, one perk of using it to deposit funds into your BetVictor account is that you never have to add your card details to the website. Additionally, if you sign the PayPal billing agreement on BetVictor, you can bypass the need for secondary authentication, speeding up the process.

Trustly/Bank Transfer

Instant transfer of up to £50,000 to your BetVictor account. No transfer fees and a minimum deposit of £5.

You'll see Trustly listed as an option when you start the deposit process. However, it's not a payment method as such. You'll need to pick your bank from the list for the relevant Bank Transfer details when you select it.

Trustly's role in the transaction is to make it instantaneous since Bank Transfers can take 3 - 5 banking days to clear. Trustly is essentially an account to account middle man, providing a secure method of improving the money flow.

How to Deposit Funds

The Deposit icon is visible on every page on the BetVictor, making the process quick and easy.

From there, select your preferred deposit method and follow the instructions.

Once you've added your card details, they're stored for future use for both depositing and withdrawing funds. As for PayPal, you'll always need to add your PayPal email address and provide secondary authentication unless you sign the billing agreement.

Setting Limits

The first tool available is setting a Deposit Limit, and this is something you'll be prompted to do when you first open your BetVictor account. Of course, there's the option to set no limit, but you can also set a daily, weekly or monthly limit, which BetVictor will prevent you from exceeding.

BetVictor is pretty limited with its deposit methods compared to other online betting sites, only offering the three options detailed above.

• E-wallets - PayPal is the only e-wallet accepted by BetVictor for UK customers, which is understandable given that it's the most popular. Skrill and Neteller are available for customers outside of the UK. However, the Much Better and Rapid Transfer e-wallets - which usually offer a higher transfer amount - aren't accepted with BetVictor.
• Dedicated Card - Not every online betting platform offers a dedicated card which gives you direct funds to your withdrawable balance, so BetVictor isn't alone. However, with Paddy Power and Bet365, you can apply for a cash card and withdraw your winnings in cash from an ATM or use them to buy goods online.
• Paysafecard - It's relatively common to see this option for depositing funds into your online account. However, it's not featured everywhere. The Paysafecard is a prepaid card that you top up by buying vouchers.
• Google Pay - Such a standard payment method but not found on all gambling sites. It's great for when you're on the go and want to access your stored debit cards without inputting them into your BetVictor account.
• Apple Pay - As with Google Pay but catering to Apple users, this feature means you never have to add card details to BetVictor because they're stored with Apple. Very popular when using your phone.
• Credit Cards - No online betting platform accepts credit card deposits due to industry regulations.
